Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?
A: I wanted to improve my health and learn more about weight training.
Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed?
A: From the moment I had my first conversation with Devan and my first RAMP session with Heather I knew I made the right decision. They want to see people succeed in meeting your goals. I love that they had a nutrition coach. Not many gyms offer that. That was the clincher for me.
Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?”
A: My favorite memory at the moment is deadlifting 175lbs.
Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month?
A: I love the people I am meeting and that every session is different. Not the same routine over & over again.
Q: Who inspires you?
A: My 6am class. The way they put in the work & push in with hard or tired motivated me to stick with it.
Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups or activities you participate in?
A: I process Mortgage loans for a local bank. My hobbies are camping, fishing, hiking, reading & bike riding.
Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL?
A: If you want help in your fitness journey & nutrition this is the place to come. We will all encourage you as you come and join. You want a better life the first step is coming through our door.
