Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: I started CrossFit after Devan and I started dating. 🤗 

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: After my very first On Ramp, I realized CrossFit was exactly what I needed in order to reach my goals. What I had been doing up until that point wasn’t proving effective. 

CrossFit has become a vital part of my daily life. I feel my best when I go almost daily! 

CrossFit for me is such a fun stress reliever too! Feeling my endurance and strength increase has me setting new goals I didn’t think possible before CrossFit.

The members and coaches want you to succeed and reach your goals. The support, motivation and sense of community is amazing and keeps me looking forward to class everyday! 

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?” 

A:  My favorite CrossFit CTRL memory so far is my deadlift PR of 215 lbs! 

Q: Who inspires you? 

A: Devan truly inspires me. He is so dedicated and has such a drive to help people become healthier. He is always learning and evolving as a coach to provide members with the best results and reach their goals despite ANY limitations or hesitation they might have. He can truly get you feeling your very best if you give him the opportunity! 

Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups or activities you participate in?

A: I am a Registered Nurse Disease Management Coordinator for WVU Medicine. I am a busy mom of two boys. My hobbies include CrossFit, Nail Dip, and anything outdoors! 

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL?
