When discussing goals with new members the number one goal I hear is they want to lose weight. This doesn’t surprise me at all. What does surprise me is the second most common goal.
THe second most common goal is energy. Energy to make it through the day without crashing after work or needing that fourth cup of coffee.
More specific, that goal is usually energy to keep up with the kids.
