Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: I decided to join because I personally do better when I’m held’s easy to say next week when it’s just you.

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: What the heck have I gotten myself into. With some of the work outs I still think that.

Q: What was your first “bright spot”? 

A: My 1st push up..couldn’t do 1 when I walked through the door now I could get 10-15 

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?” 

A: Walking through the door the 1st time seeing the RIG..thinking well crap this can’t be good.

Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month? 

A: The people (great group) Why do I come back? In general I just feel better. 

Q: Who inspires you? 

A: Who? I’m more of what inspires me and that changes on the daily..for a few months it’s my son’s wedding, after that who knows.

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL? 

A: Give it a shot what is there to lose.
