Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: I wanted to be better in all aspects of my fitness and really push myself when it came to working out.

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: My first impression came after the first workout, I was quite impressed with how hard everyone was going.

Q: What was your first “bright spot”? 

A: Getting five double unders in a row. 

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?” 

A: Being able to squat over 300 pounds for the first time in years.

Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month? 

A: I love how easy it is to talk to people and how welcoming everyone is. 

Q: Who Inspires you? 

A: It wouldn’t be who but rather what inspires me and what inspires me is hearing every day how someone out there made an achievement of some kind, big or small, hearing that makes me want to do the same. I want to achieve as much as possible. 

Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups, or activities you participate in? 

A: Crossfit

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL? 

A: I would say, in life you might not have as much as the next person, the dream job, the fancy car or the wealth but you’ll always have your health so why not be the absolute healthiest you can be. Crossfit can get you there.
