Successful weight loss
Katie just finished up her 6 week challenge with us.
I saw her improvement in the gym over the past 6 weeks. She showed up to every class ready to work and never missed a class.
We did her optional end of challenge weigh in and she had some of the best results I’ve seen out of 50+ challenge participants.
We talked afterwards and I asked her what she was doing outside of the gym.
“I followed your nutrition advice.”
During the first two weeks we focus on nutrition. We go over how to track foods, what to eat, and how much.
Often times when calculating someone’s macros for them they say it’s too much.
Katie followed our advice, tracked her macros and made sure to eat all her protein.
She lost body fat, built muscle, and met some of the best people in the process.
