How to follow through with your goals
Staying on track to meet your goals is hard.
When I’m trying to build a new habit or reach a new goal I use post-its and index cards.
I write my new habit on post-its and place them in frequently visited spots around the house (fridge, bathroom mirror, desk).
I use index cards as book marks. I write down my goals on these index cards so they are always fresh in my mind.
This works better with long term goals like weight loss. It’s easy to lose focus and go over your macro goals for the day.
Try using post-its to keep you accountable.
