Why you hate burpees
It’s not getting on the ground or the movement itself.
It’s how it makes you feel.
All out reveal how you handle an immediate change in heart rate and respiration. That fast change doesn’t feel great.
So why do we do them?
Because they make you stronger. Both physically and mentally.
Get through 100 burpees for time and I promise Karen (sorry if you are Karen) at the water cooler will be much easier to handle.
Get through that 100 burpees and taking that flight of stairs will be easier.
Get through the burpees. You’ll feel better after you do!
