Getting your first handstand walk, double under, or pull up is one of the best feelings during your CrossFit journey.
But in the middle of a workout when we have an intended level of intensity isn’t the time to work on skills.
We set aside time to work on skills and if you want to get there fast you should also do work at home.
EMOMs are great for developing skills.
Set aside 10 minutes a day and you’ll have your first double under in a few weeks.
