Carlos Wiseman

My name is Carlos Wiseman, and while I hail from Van Nuys, California, I now proudly call West Virginia my home. Life has taught me the value of hard work and gratitude, thanks to the unwavering support of my family, who have stood by me through thick and thin, as a dedicated coach at CrossFit CTRL. I’ve experienced a remarkable transformation; I went from feeling lost and struggling with my weight to discovering a passion for fitness, nutrition, and exercise. My journey at CTRL has reignited my motivation and helped me embrace a healthier lifestyle, and I am committed to continuing to grow and develop the skills I’ve gained. Outside of coaching, I love playing lacrosse and cherishing time with my family, who remain my greatest inspiration.
