Katie recently completed her 100th CrossFit class at CrossFit CTRL. Katie started with a 6 week challenge attending 3 classes a week and focused on getting enough protein. Now she attends 5 CrossFit classes a week, works with our nutrition coach, and has started competing in local competitions. Listen to her story!
