Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: I was wanting a gym closer to home and was recommended by Andrea Johnston! 

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: Everyone is so welcoming and how comfortable the environment felt. My gym anxiety has improved a lot since my first class. 

Q: What was your first “bright spot”? 

A: Going to class consecutively for 3 weeks! Improving my front squat, Sept was 85 pounds, February I reached 135 pounds! 

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?” 

A: Being able to do a partner assisted pull up

Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month? 

A: The coaches and other members inspire you to reach goals. 

Q: Who inspires you? 

A: Myself. Coaches and other members. 

Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups or activities you participate in?

A: ER Nurse and in FNP school. Outside of that I enjoy hiking and being outside. 

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL? 
A: You cannot find a better gym atmosphere than here.
