In February, Melinda responded to our 6 week challenge add to get more active with her kids and to feel better all around.
Her first impression was “scary to be lifting weights and trying new things” but now when she’s going through class she strives to be a little better every time.
“Knowing I can do it when i put my mind to it.”
This was Melinda’s Response when we asked what her first success was in CrossFit.
Melinda works hard every class. During the government shutdown she was one of our most reliable members to get her workouts in. She did an amazing job hitting all three workouts prescribed to her every week.
We asked Melinda what her favorite thing about CrossFit CTRL is.
“How everyone is so friendly and feels like a family. Also feeling like I accomplish something everyday.”
