Never have two bad days in a row
We all have good days and bad days.
You ate the donut. Or woke up late and missed a meeting. Or didn’t make it to CrossFit.
That’s okay. It just means your human.
But lets get right back on track.
If you have a bad meal, make the next one count.
If you woke up late, make that day productive.
If you didn’t make it to CrossFit perform 100 burpees for time. It’s a quick and effective workout.
But whatever you do, don’t let the bad day win. Make the next day a good one.
