Pro Tip: Get a bigger water bottle
When I worked a desk job we had a guy that always had a gallon jug of water with him.
When asked why he said he didn’t have to think about how much to drink because he knew he was getting a gallon a day.
So rather than filling up that little 8 oz cup 16 times he only had to fill up his gallon jug once.
I don’t use a gallon but I have a 64oz bottle that I fill up twice a day.
If you aren’t getting enough water I highly recommend getting a bigger bottle.
