Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: My wife and I were trying to lose weight and get in better shape, so we can keep up with are three grandchildren.

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: I like the coaching from Devan. He not a scream at you type coach, yet he quietly pushes you to your limit. More coaches have come on board, but they all use the same style and are helping others to see results!

Q: What was your first “bright spot”? 

A: Being able to walk two miles without any pain in my lower Back!

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?” 

A: Watch my wife PR her deadlift!

Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month? 

A: The variety of workouts and the people! The results I have seen and the fun I have with the gym family.

Q: Who inspires you? 

A: My father, wife and my gym family!

Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups or activities you participate in?

A: Office Services Specialist. I like traveling all over especially to WV State Parks. I like fishing, hiking, bicycling and hunting.

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL? 

A: It is tough, but fun. You will make amazing relationships. If you try hard you will see positive improvements in how you feel and move.
