Q: What brought you to CrossFit in the first place? 

A: I grew up an athlete and I needed to be healthy and wanted to be a part of a team again. 

Q: What was your first impression? How has that changed? 

A: I thought it was weird how these people were so crazy about the gym. Now I’m one of them who wants to be there every day. 

Q: What was your first “bright spot”? 

A: When I lost 20 pounds. 

Q: What’s your favorite CrossFit CTRL memory?

A: Doing burpees with Devan. I almost died. 

Q: What do you love most about CrossFit CTRL? What keeps you coming back each month? 

A: I love the team environment. The accountability by my new friends really keeps me coming back. And seeing the results. 

Q: Who inspires you? 

A: My Brother for how strong and fit he has gotten over the years and my mom’s dedication to push herself and us. 

Q: What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups or activities you participate in?

A: I just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology so I’m excited to see what the Lord has planned for me. 

Q: What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CrossFit CTRL? 
A: Do it. Make that commitment to being healthy.
